Active Sessions
In this section, you can find a list of your active sessions including multiple sign-ins from different devices and details such as device, web browser, and the location you signed in from.
How to view an active session
- Sign in to your accounts.zoho.com.
- Click Sessions, then click Active Sessions.
- Click on any one of the active sessions in the list to view complete details of that session.
How to terminate an active session
- Sign in to your accounts.zoho.com.
- Click Sessions, then click Active Sessions.
- Click on the session you want to terminate.
- Click Terminate.
Activity History
This section gives details about your sign-in activity history. You can view the complete details, including device, browser and referrer (the website you visited).
How to check your activity history
- Sign in to your accounts.zoho.com.
- Click Sessions, then click Active History.
- Click Show Account Activity.
- Click More information when hovering over the required entry in the list.
Connected Apps
If you have signed in to any third-party web and desktop applications using your Zoho account, you can find details of those sign-ins in this section. Here, you can view the date, IP address, and sign-in location.
How to view your connected apps
- Sign in to your accounts.zoho.com.
- Click Sessions, then click Connected Apps.
- Click on any one of the connected app sign-ins in the list to view complete details of that sign-in.
How to sign out of your connected apps
- Sign in to your accounts.zoho.com.
- Click Sessions, then click Connected Apps.
- Click on the entry you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
App Sign-Ins
If you have signed in to any Zoho mobile applications using your Zoho account, details of those applications can be found in this section.
How to view your app sign-ins
- Sign in to your accounts.zoho.com.
- Click Sessions, then click App Sign-Ins.
- Click on any one of the app sign-ins in the list to view complete details of that sign-in.
How to delete a session under app sign-ins
You can delete any of your app sign-in sessions. However, if you're using Zoho OneAuth, the primary device session cannot be deleted.
- Sign in to your accounts.zoho.com.
- Click Sessions, then click App Sign-Ins.
- Click any entry in the list under App Sign-Ins section.
