How to Get Started with the New Widget

  2. Log in to your SalesIQ dashboard.
  3. Navigate to Settings > Brands > Select Your Brand > Installation > Website.
  4. Copy the new widget code and paste it into your website's HTML source code.

Additional Notes:  

  • Custom Stickers: Add your unique design by enabling Custom Sticker - Float in Settings > Brands > Personalization > Chat Widget.

  • Custom CSS Update: The previous custom CSS will not work with the new widget. Check out our guide for details on customizing the new design with CSS.

  • Future Features: Upcoming updates will be exclusive to the new widget, so we recommend upgrading to stay ahead.
