How to Get Started with the New Widget
- Switching to the enhanced SalesIQ widget is easy:
- Log in to your SalesIQ dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Brands > Select Your Brand > Installation > Website.
- Copy the new widget code and paste it into your website's HTML source code.
Additional Notes:
Custom Stickers: Add your unique design by enabling Custom Sticker - Float in Settings > Brands > Personalization > Chat Widget.
Custom CSS Update: The previous custom CSS will not work with the new widget. Check out our guide for details on customizing the new design with CSS.
Future Features: Upcoming updates will be exclusive to the new widget, so we recommend upgrading to stay ahead.
