Zoho has announced that the older version of the SalesIQ live chat widget will be discontinued after May 15, 2026. To provide better speed, reliability, and accessibility, Zoho Desk will start rolling out the new SalesIQ widget from May 18, 2026.

Zoho Desk will automatically show the new SalesIQ widget code
Websites already using the Zoho Desk embed code will automatically load the updated widget
No manual setup or changes are required

The new widget will automatically start working from May 18, 2026. No action is needed.
After May 15, 2026, the old SalesIQ widget will no longer receive: Although the older widget may continue working for some time, its performance and compatibility may decrease in the future. Businesses using Zoho Desk are encouraged to move to the updated widget experience for better support and future enhancements. |
