Zoho Recruit Launches Auto-Trigger Screening Bot for Faster Hiring

With the Auto-Trigger Screening Bot in Zoho Recruit, candidate screening starts the moment someone applies for a role that includes an assessment. The system automatically checks whether the applicant has already completed the test. If not, the screening link is sent instantly.

What’s Changed?  
Earlier, recruiters had to email screening assessments after each application manually.

Now, with Auto-Trigger enabled, Zoho Recruit:

Identifies new applicants automatically
Verifies whether the screening test is completed
Sends the Screening Bot link if it hasn’t been attempted



This automation runs through a workflow rule inside the Reviews sub-module and can be activated from:
Setup > Zia > Chatbot > Screening Bot
Once enabled, the system handles the initial outreach without human intervention.
