Zoho has introduced powerful enhancements to the Audit Log, making it easier than ever to track changes, review activities, and ensure accountability. These updates are designed to help administrators gain deeper visibility into system actions and user behavior.

Why These Updates Matter  

1. Extended Data Retention  

You can now filter and export audit data for up to 60 days, doubling the previous 30-day limit. This extended retention period helps administrators analyze long-term trends and review historical activity more effectively.

2. Role & Data-Sharing Visibility  

Every update made to roles or data-sharing rules is now logged in detail. Administrators can clearly see who made the change, when it happened, and what was modified, ensuring complete transparency and stronger access control.

3. Agent Availability Tracking  

The Audit Log now records changes in agent availability status — whether they switch online or offline — across all supported communication channels, including email, phone, chat, and IM. This makes it easier to track responsiveness, manage workforce performance, and maintain accountability.
