Zoho Desk Brings Greater Transparency with Detailed Audit Log View
The audit log captures all user activities and events, presenting them in a clear, chronological format.
By default, users with admin privileges can access and review these logs.
Zoho introduced new enhancements to the audit log to improve usability and offer greater control over user data tracking.
In addition to the existing modules—Workflows, Blueprints, Agents, Departments, Assignment Rules, and Custom Modules—the audit log now also supports the Contacts and Accounts modules.
This allows admins to monitor changes and actions across more areas for increased transparency.
Admins can now access a detailed view of the audit log, making it easier to inspect specific records. Clicking on an entry reveals key information like the entity involved, the department, the action taken, and the exact date and time.
Audit log can be exported as a CSV file for future reference.

To support record-keeping and analysis, audit logs can also be downloaded as a CSV file for offline use or archiving.
