Zia, Zoho’s Artificial Intelligence, is designed to generate, summarize, and auto-suggest content using OpenAI’s capabilities. With Zia integrated into Zoho Mail, you can create new email content based on the provided context, summarize incoming emails, and receive auto-suggestions while composing messages.

Steps to Enable Zia AI in Zoho Mail  

The Zia extension can be activated only by Super Administrators or Administrators within an organization, either through Mail settings or the Admin Console. Follow these steps to enable Zia AI via Mail settings:

1. Log in to Zoho Mail using your Super Admin or Admin credentials.

2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Extensions > Zia.

3.Click on the Zia integration card.

4. Enter the OpenAI API key. (Refer to OpenAI’s website for instructions on generating an API key.)

5. Select the features you want to activate for your organization’s users from the available options:

Auto-complete sentences

Generate email content

Summarize email content

6.Click Proceed, then review and accept OpenAI’s Data Privacy Notice.
