Send Bulk WhatsApp Messages from Ticket Detail Page (iOS & Android)  

Support agents can now select up to 50 tickets and send WhatsApp messages to the linked contacts in one go.

  • Perform bulk messaging directly from the tickets module

Arabic & Hebrew Language Support (iOS & Android)  

The mobile app now supports Arabic and Hebrew with full right-to-left (RTL) compatibility.

Advanced Ticket Sorting & Filtering (iOS)  

Finding and organizing tickets is now faster with improved filtering and sorting capabilities.

  • Apply filters using criteria like issue type or account name

  • Save, rename, and reuse filters for quick access

  • Sort tickets by due date, created time, or recent activity

  • Organize tickets in ascending or descending order
