Bigin Forms: Customize Your Form Like Never Before

Hello Everyone,

We hope you're all doing well. We're excited to share some recent updates we've made to Bigin's forms. These changes will make it easier for you to collect contact and pipeline data while also enhancing the design and branding options. Here's what's new in Bigin's forms:

Add Your Company Logo to Forms

Now, you can strengthen your business branding by adding your company logo to Bigin forms. The logo will appear in the form header and cannot be moved. To include a logo, simply click the "Upload logo" button and select your image file.

Once the logo is uploaded, you can resize it to small, medium, or large, and position it to the left, center, or right on the layout.
Note:
  • The maximum size for an image file is 5 MB.
  • You can remove/delete the logo anytime you want.

Create Multiple Sections

This update allows you to organize your form by creating custom sections. Each form comes with at least one section by default. You can customize the title and description of each section, and even hide them if you prefer. These fields are optional.

To add a new section, click the "+Add Section" button at the bottom of the form.



Note:
  • You can add a maximum of five sections.

Personalize Background with Images

Earlier, you could only change the background color of your forms. Now, you can upload a custom image to serve as the background, making your forms visually appealing and consistent with your branding.

To add a background image, click on the background color icon in the form builder.


You can still choose from standard colors and gradients, or you can upload a custom image by clicking the upload icon in the photos section.

Additionally, you can now select from a set of default images or upload your own custom images to serve as the background. To add custom images, click on the upload icon on the photos section and choose the image you want to add as background.

  • The maximum size for an image file is 5 MB.

Button customization

You can now change the position and shape of the submit button in your form.

To do this, hover over the button section and click the "Settings" icon.

You can place the button on the left, center, or right, and change its shape to suit your design.​
