How to set it up:
Open your Zoho Commerce web app → Go to Settings → Email Notifications → Abandoned Cart → Enable.
If already active, view all abandoned carts by going to Sales → Carts → Abandoned tab.
Want to resend a reminder? Simply click the email and select 'Send Again'.
