Ever wanted to take a conversation private instead of replying in a crowded comment thread?
Now you can! Zoho Social lets you send direct messages in response to Instagram and Facebook comments.
Perfect for sharing custom offers, handling personal questions, or providing more detailed support—this update lets you move from public to private for a more personalized and discreet customer interaction.
Where to access it:
From the Posts tab (on specific comments)
Within the Inbox (where all threads are available)
In the Messages tab (to track every chat)
This helps keep your comment sections clean while creating space for meaningful, one-on-one communication.
Handle Facebook Ad Comments Inside Your Inbox
Now you can view and reply to comments on your Facebook ads without switching tabs or tools.
All ad-related comments show up right in your Inbox tab, mixed with your usual post interactions. As long as the Facebook page linked to your ad is connected to Zoho Social, you’re good to go. Stay on top of your engagement, respond faster, and never miss out on valuable interactions.
