Zoho Recruit: Keep Vendors Informed with Hiring Pipeline Updates



 

Keeping vendors informed about candidate progress can be challenging, often resulting in communication gaps and frequent follow-ups. To address this, Zoho introduced an enhancement to the Vendor Portal that allows you to share candidates' hiring pipeline with vendors. This update enhances transparency and streamlines collaboration by keeping vendors informed about their submissions in real time.

How This Helps  

Stay Informed on Candidate Progress  

Vendors can now track the status of their candidates throughout the hiring process. For instance, if a candidate reaches the final interview stage, vendors will be aware instantly without needing to request updates.

Clearer Insights on Rejections  

If a candidate is not selected, vendors can see at which stage the rejection occurred. This transparency helps vendors understand why a candidate was not successful, enabling them to refine future submissions for better alignment.

Availability  

This Vendor Portal feature is available in the Enterprise plan of Zoho Recruit's Corporate HR edition. Additionally, it is included in the PeoplePlus and Zoho One suites.

How to Enable Hiring Pipeline for Vendor Portal  

  1. Navigate to Setup > Portal Setup > Vendor Portal.

  2. Toggle the Show Candidate's Hiring Pipeline to Vendors option.


Notes
Note: If you do not have the Applications module enabled in your account, this option will be displayed only if you have enabled Hiring Pipeline.

Once enabled, vendors will see a Hiring Pipeline sub-tab for each candidate they submit.
