This update optimizes the recruitment-to-onboarding process by automatically transferring key offer information, such as Date of Joining and CTC.

By syncing the most recent accepted offer details into Zoho People, hiring and HR teams remain aligned, reducing unnecessary back-and-forth communication and ensuring all stakeholders have the latest information.Access-Based Sync:
Offer details are synchronized only if the user performing the action has:
Necessary access permissions for offer fields
Attachment permissions for offer letters
Fixed Field Mapping:
Field mapping is predefined and cannot be modified.
CTC Format:
The CTC field syncs only if the value is specified as per month or per year.
Latest and Relevant Offers Only:
Only the most recently accepted offer letter is pushed to Zoho People.
If both Permanent and Contract offers exist, only the Permanent offer is synced.
