Zoho CRM Now Lets You Migrate Attachments Without Reuploading Everything
Hello everyone,
When customers switch CRMs—or move data from one Zoho CRM account to another—they usually want to carry over everything, including attachments. Admins typically rely on Zoho CRM's built-in import tool for this.
One common challenge during this process is managing a large volume of attachments. If you hit the system’s attachment limits, you're often forced to restart the import process multiple times just to complete the migration.
This isn’t just inefficient—it also results in multiple fragmented logs in your import history.
This is time-consuming and also leads to fragmented entries in your import history logs.
To address this, Zoho have made the process smoother: you can now upload only the skipped attachments in follow-up steps, without re-importing the entire CSV or restarting the migration. You can do this as many times as needed until all attachments are successfully imported.

In the demo, Zoho have used small, zipped files to keep things simple. In real migrations, your files might be larger or more varied.
Thanks to this update, your entire import will be recorded as a single entry in the history log, making it easier to monitor and verify your progress.
