Zoho Mail’s Folder Sharing feature makes this possible by allowing you to give team members access to an entire folder of emails instantly.

Folder Delegation  

Folder sharing in Zoho Mail enables you to grant organization members access to an entire folder filled with relevant emails. Those you share the folder with can not only read but also comment on the emails. It’s important to note that only custom folders can be shared; system folders like Inbox or Archive cannot. When sharing a folder, you can assign different levels of access—Read, Write, or Write with Delegation—depending on how much control you want to give.

How to Share a Folder:  

  1. Log into your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Find the custom folder you want to share from the left-side menu.
  3. Right-click the folder.
  4. Select Share this folder from the options.

In the pop-up window, you’ll be asked to enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the folder with. You can then decide what level of access each person should have:

  • Read Access: Users can view emails but cannot make any changes.

  • Write Access: Users can view, comment, and even reply to emails on your behalf.

  • Write with Delegation: Users can send replies directly from the delegated email address, acting as if they are sending from your account.
