Zoho Mail Android App: New Calendar Updates

In the latest update of the Zoho Mail Android app, Zoho has introduced several improvements to the Calendar module. Let’s take a look at what’s new.

Drag and drop to change the event date and time  

You can now easily move events to a different date or time using a simple drag-and-drop action. This makes rescheduling much faster and more convenient.

Quickly adjust event duration  

Need to extend or shorten a meeting?
You can now adjust the event duration by dragging the top or bottom handles of the event. The changes are reflected instantly on the calendar.

Improved Add/Edit Event screen  

Zoho has redesigned the Add/Edit event screen for a cleaner and smoother experience.

While creating or editing events, you can now:

  • Mark events as private

  • Check participant availability

  • Choose event colors

  • Select different time zones

You can also add online meeting options such as:

  • Zoho Meeting

  • Zoom

  • Microsoft Teams

directly while scheduling your event.


Multiple reminders  

You can now set more than one reminder for an event, helping you stay better organized and never miss important meetings.

Custom recurring events  

You can create events with flexible recurrence settings to match your scheduling needs, even for more complex patterns.

Flexible recurring event deletion  

If you need to remove a recurring event, you can now:

  • Delete just one occurrence

  • Delete all future occurrences

Past events will remain unchanged.

Update the Zoho Mail app to the latest version from the Play Store to try out these new features.
