Zoho Desk: Manage Tickets Better With New Table View and Custom Buttons
Hello everyone!
Zoho has added a few helpful improvements in the latest Zoho Desk Android app update (v2.9.25).
First, the All Departments section in the Tickets module now supports a Table View, making it easier to scan and compare ticket details in one place. You can also sort the table by any column, so finding the right ticket becomes much faster.
Zoho has also enabled custom buttons inside the mobile app. Any action button you created on the web can now be used directly on your phone, allowing you to quickly perform key actions without switching devices.
Please update your app to the latest version from the Play Store
