Zoho Desk Makes Ticket Handling Smoother with Custom Swipe Gestures

Zoho shared a new level of convenience in the latest Zoho Desk Android app update (v2.9.13)—designed to help you take quicker actions on your support tickets with just a simple swipe.

Managing tickets on mobile is now even more intuitive. With this update, you can now personalize the swipe gestures on your ticket list to perform actions instantly—no need to open each ticket individually.

Swipe Left or Right, Your Way

Whether you're clearing your inbox or assigning tickets on the go, this update lets you choose what happens when you swipe left or right on a ticket.

How to Set It Up:

  • Open your Zoho Desk Android app

  • Head over to the Settings section

  • Tap on Swipe Options

  • Select your preferred actions for Left Swipe and Right Swipe


It’s that easy. Assign tickets, close them, or mark them as spam—whatever works for your workflow.

A Handy New Feature for Single Ticket Selection

In addition to swipe customization, Zoho also introduced a new option on the listing screen:

Now, when you tap to select a single ticket, you can mark it as Read or Unread and edit ticket properties without opening the full thread. Quick edits have never been this smooth.
