Zoho Desk iOS Latest Release: Better Social Ticket Management at Your Fingertips

Zoho introduced the latest version of the Zoho Desk iOS app (v2.9.3), some new features to enhance your experience:

Drafts for social tickets
You can now create, organize, and manage drafts for social media tickets, including Facebook and Instagram. This allows you to save responses and access them whenever needed.


Reply to social tickets via blueprint transitions
Zoho  added the ability to send replies to social media tickets directly through blueprint transitions, ensuring a seamless workflow.
