Zoho Desk iOS App: Picklist & Multi Picklist UI Update

Hello everyone,

The Zoho Desk iOS app has received a UI upgrade aimed at making picklist and multi-select picklist fields more intuitive and efficient to use. These enhancements are designed to streamline field selection and improve overall usability.

Users can now search within both picklist and multi-select picklist fields, making it easier and faster to find and choose the required values.

In addition, multi-select picklist fields now support “Select All” and “Deselect All” options, allowing users to manage multiple choices with a single tap.
