Open the Zia Record Assistant (ensure Zia Smart Prompt is enabled)
Select Email Summary from the available options
- Instantly view a summarized version of past email conversations
You’ll also find options like Conversation Summary and Record Summary within the same interface
What makes Email Summaries different?
The existing View Summary feature focuses on summarizing a single email or its thread.
In contrast, Email Summaries provide a broader view by analyzing up to 50 recent emails along with their threads, giving you a complete picture of the communication history.
