Zoho CRM Upgrade: Rich Text Formatting Now Available in Notes
Hello everyone,
Notes play a vital role in capturing key details and maintaining seamless communication across your records. Zoho introduced a new enhancement—Rich Text formatting—to help you create more structured and visually clear notes.
With this enhancement, you can now make your notes more impactful using formatting tools such as bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, colored text and backgrounds, bullet and numbered lists, hyperlinks, indentation, subscript, superscript, and even emojis.
This update is now accessible across all editions and modules that support Notes, including on the mobile app.

Replies – Directly respond to notes for better context and collaboration.
Reactions – Use emoji responses to quickly share your thoughts.
Pinning – Keep critical notes easily accessible by pinning them to the top.
