Zoho CRM’s New Journey: From Early Access to Full Customer Rollout

Hello Everyone,

Until now, the "CRM for Everyone" feature was available only in early access for users who opted to try the latest version. We are now moving forward with a phased rollout, beginning with the basic edition. We are delighted to announce that "CRM for Everyone" is now being introduced to all Standard Edition users. This update brings advanced capabilities and an improved user experience that will transform how you handle and collaborate within your CRM.

What does CRM for Everyone include?  

Revamped User Interface: Enjoy a completely refreshed, user-friendly interface that enhances organization and productivity. Check out Zoho CRM's NextGen UI.

Teamspaces: Enhance collaboration with dedicated spaces for teams to share resources, updates, and track progress. Discover more about Teamspaces.

Team Modules: Streamline your business processes by creating and managing Team Modules dedicated to specific groups. With the Team User License, you can include users with limited access to organization-wide data while focusing on team-specific tasks.

Chart View: Visualize records directly from CRM modules with the new chart view feature, helping you better understand your business processes.

Interactions Tab: Monitor your customers' journey with the Interactions Tab, offering a complete view of their interactions across various channels from the time they first engaged with your CRM.

Why transition to the new UI?  

Zoho CRM’s enhanced UI is crafted to improve usability and boost efficiency, making it simpler to manage customer relationships, collaborate across teams, and gain valuable insights. The modern design and intuitive navigation meet evolving business needs, providing a streamlined operational experience. Learn more about why switching to the new UI is beneficial.

Rollout Plan  

Phase 1: Standard Edition Users: Initially, the new features will be available to administrators of the Standard Edition. This allows admins to explore the upgraded functionalities, adapt to the new version, and get comfortable with the updated interface.

Granting Access to Other Profiles: Standard Edition admins can choose when to allow other users to access the new interface. They can enable access right away or at a later stage.

Important Note: All users will be automatically transitioned to the new version within a month after activation.

Switching Back to the Old UI: If needed, users can revert to the previous UI at any time. Simply click on the profile icon at the bottom and select "Switch back to old UI."

What’s Next?  

Step 1: A banner will appear at the top of the screen for all Standard Edition admins. Click "Access Now" to start using the new UI and explore the features of "CRM for Everyone."

Step 2: Follow the onboarding tour to understand the functionalities available in this updated version.

Step 3: Decide when to extend access to other users within your organization. Once granted, all users will see a banner on their screens, allowing them to access the new UI by clicking "Access Now."
