Zoho announced some updates for the Zoho CRM mobile app designed to make your experience even better. Here’s a look at what’s new:
Expanded record image support across more modules (Android)

1. Expanded Record Image Support Across Modules (Android)
Previously, adding images to records was limited to the Leads and Contacts modules. Now, we've broadened this functionality to include:
Accounts
Deals
Cases
Solutions
Products
Vendors
Custom modules
To start using record images in these modules, make sure the feature is activated in the module layout settings on Zoho CRM's web version.
Please note: Record images are still not supported in the Price Books, Activities, and Inventory modules at this time.
Important:
The maximum allowed size for record images is 10 MB.
2. Predefined Text for WhatsApp Messaging (Android)
You can now save time and ensure consistency by using predefined texts when chatting with customers on WhatsApp. These templates allow businesses to send structured replies quickly for frequent queries or standard communication.
Please remember:
Predefined messages must first be set up in Zoho CRM’s web app before they become available in the mobile app.
To send a predefined message:
Open the Zoho CRM mobile app.
Tap the More icon ( ).
Navigate to the Messages module.
Open the chat with your customer.
Tap the icon next to the text input area.
Select a predefined message.
Tap the button to send it.
3. Multi-select Lookup Fields (iOS)
Multi-select lookup fields let you connect multiple records from one module to a single record in another, improving how you manage relationships between records.Key actions you can take with multi-select lookup fields:
Assign existing records
Create and assign new records
Unassign linked records
Scenario: A Travel Agency Example
Imagine you’re a travel consultant helping a client, Amelia Burrows, who is interested in these tours:
A beach vacation in the Maldives
A city tour across Italy
An adventure trip in New Zealand (newly added)
Using the multi-select lookup feature, you can link all these packages to Amelia’s profile.
Later, if Amelia decides to skip the New Zealand trip, you can easily remove it through the unassign option — all directly from your mobile device — keeping her itinerary perfectly up to date.
