Home widget access (Android)
Widgets you set up for your personalized homepage in the Zoho CRM web version are now available right inside your Android app!
This gives you seamless visibility of key info directly from the mobile home screen.
When building a widget, make sure it’s designed to work with mobile devices. After that, simply enable the Mobile compatibility toggle in the widget configuration screen to show it in your mobile dashboard.
You’ll see tooltips in these locations:
Create, duplicate, convert, and edit screens
Record detail pages
During blueprint transitions
In subforms (only info icon tooltips are displayed here)
Profile photo update (iOS)
Previously, changing your profile image was only possible through the CRM web app. With this update, iOS users can now update their display picture straight from the app. You can snap a photo, choose from your gallery, or upload from your files.
To update your profile picture:
Tap the More menu
Go to Settings
Tap on your current image
Choose from:
View image – See your current photo
Change image – Take a new one, choose from your gallery, or upload a file
