Zoho CRM’s Autoresponder feature will be discontinued by September 30, 2025.
If you’ve been using Autoresponders to manage your automated email follow-ups, it's time to explore Cadences—a smarter, more versatile automation solution designed for today’s multichannel outreach strategies.
Hi everyone,
Autoresponders were originally designed to handle basic email-based follow-ups. But as customer engagement has become more sophisticated, businesses now require richer, more personalized automation. That’s where Cadences step in.
Why Cadences are the Better Choice
Cadences go far beyond basic follow-ups. They allow you to build structured, behavior-driven workflows that span multiple channels and touchpoints. Here’s what makes Cadences stand out:
Important Dates to Keep in Mind
June 30, 2025 – You’ll no longer be able to create or modify Autoresponders.
September 30, 2025 – All active Autoresponders will be fully deactivated.
Leading up to the retirement date, certain features in Autoresponders will be phased out to make the transition easier and prevent conflicts with Cadences.Gradual Feature Restrictions in Autoresponders .
