Hello all,
At Zoho Creator, we prioritize security and continuously work to enhance user protection. As part of this commitment, we regularly roll out updates to align with evolving security standards. In line with this, Zoho will be discontinuing support for portals with unverified custom domains.
What’s Changing?
Effective from February 10, 2025, access to portals with unverified domains will be restricted. Users will no longer be able to log in to these portals.
What You Need to Do
To prevent any disruptions to your business operations, we highly recommend verifying your custom domains in the portal as soon as possible. Before this policy takes effect, we will notify affected users via email, providing details about the unverified domains. Additionally, we will display a banner in the Portal page under C6 and in the Customer Portal section within App Settings for C5 users.
Follow the steps outlined in the email notification or refer to the Verify Custom Domain of Portal help page for assistance.
Important Notes
In C5, only customer portal admins can complete the domain verification process. As a result, we will notify both the super admin and the respective customer portal admins via email. For step-by-step instructions in C5, please visit the Verify Custom Domain of Customer Portal help document.
Your Zoho Creator account may have multiple unverified domains. Please ensure all domains are verified to avoid any interruptions.
Zoho aim to make this transition as seamless as possible. Thank you for your continued trust in Zoho Creator as we work to provide a secure and reliable experience for all users.
