Sign in using OTP instead of password

Instead of entering a password, you can enter an OTP to sign in to your Zoho account. You can choose to send the OTP to either your primary email address or your primary mobile number.

To sign in using OTP:
  1. Go to the Zoho Accounts sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email address or phone number, then click Next.
  3. Click Sign in using OTP.

  4. Select either your email address or your primary mobile number to receive the OTP. If you haven't added your primary mobile number, the OTP will be directly sent to your email address.
  5. Enter the OTP received, then click SIGN IN.
Info
Info: If you face issues receiving the OTP, try out the steps mentioned in this FAQ article or write to support@zohoaccounts.com for further assistance.
