Zoho Workplace: Introducing Trident v1.20.4.0 – Enhanced Performance & New Tools

Zoho introduced Trident for Windows has introduced new features to enhance your workflow. Let’s explore what’s been added.
Email Exporting.
You can now save your emails as .eml files within compressed zip folders, providing a secure way to back up and access them offline with ease.
Integrated Spell Checker.
Say goodbye to errors! The Mail Composer now includes an automatic spell checker to help you identify and correct typos, grammatical mistakes, and spelling errors as you write.
Task Sorting Options.
Beyond viewing preferences, you can now sort your tasks based on key criteria such as due date, creation date, or last modified time, making organization more efficient.
Interactive Calendar Alerts.
Stay on top of your schedule with calendar notifications that are now accessible directly from the in-app notification center, allowing you to view and respond to them instantly.
How to update Trident:
Ensure you're using the latest version by following these steps:
- Click the Main Menu icon in the top-left corner of the app.
- Select 'Check for Updates' from the available options.
If you haven't installed Trident yet, you can download it now. It's available for free to all paid and trial users of Zoho Mail, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho One (with Zoho Mail included).
How to provide feedback:
Open the Main Menu in the top-left corner of the app.
Click on 'Feedback'.
Fill in the Subject and Feedback Content fields.
Hit 'Submit' when you're done.
