First access to Zoho Accounts - Preferred access to Zoho applications.

Most probably you got your credentials like email and password.

These login details will be required for your first and subsequent logins to any Zoho application.

Zoho has an ecosystem of many different business applications and this access for each single user is managed via this personal ID application.

We recommend always to use for access this Zoho Accounts application (https://accounts.zoho.eu) because you are sure about correct personal ID or profile.

Also there are many more features under this application to manage your access, email logins, type of authentication etc.

 

1.  Step - initial entry into the system - enter in the browser (ideally Chrome or Firefox)

Zoho Accounts is an app that provides secure access to all other Zoho apps and depending on what level of security you set, allows you to use advanced security such as push notifications or code generation via your mobile phone.

On initial login you may be required to enter a new password, if not, you might be requested to set a new password afterwards due to internal policy of requirement for using strong passwords.

this is what it will probably look like, when you will enter the Zoho Accounts application. 


You should fill your email address which has been used for registration and password.

Once you log in, you can set parameters under Zoho Accounts, like local info, language of interface etc.

Under Email tab you can enter a new email you would like to use for login and use more emails or you can change email for login and release old email.

Under MFA option you can choose from several types. We recommend either to use SMS based OTP or even more, push notifications send via mobile Zoho OneAuth.

Step 2 - Access to various Zoho applications


Different applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Mail or Zoho Cliq can be accessed in two different ways. Either directly, by typing the url of each application into the browser. For example:

crm.zoho.eu

desk.zoho.eu
or by selecting the application via the menu in the top right corner and then clicking on the application icon.

 RECAP - What to remember

  • All apps have the same way to open them in the browser by typing the url. "applicationname.zoho.eu"

  • By logging in with the accounts.zoho.eu personal identity manager and leaving this browser window open, you can access any other application under another new browser window without having to log in.

  • All apps have the same style of menus on the right left of the site or in the top bar.

  • All apps offer help or tutorials under the personal profile icon in the top right corner.
